The semester is coming to an end and I am trying hard (especially today) to remain focused and finish strong. But all of my motivation is screaming to be turned towards decorating, baking, shopping, blogging and organizing - I just can't wait until that day comes when I finish my last final and I can breathe in a big breath of Christmas spirit. I can't wait to share pictures of our pretty Christmas tree, a new decoration I bought for Christmas and the Burnt Sugar Almonds I made for a Christmas party. PS which are super delicious.
As for now I should be off my break and backing to studying. . .
Speaking of break, my Christmas break starts in 5 days 4 final exams 3 sleepless nights 2 tuition payments for Spring and 1 more meeting :)
I wish this would take longer. . . or that I didn't feel so guilty. . . or that I was a week ahead of the present . . . then I could buy more Christmas presents. . . and that I could wrap them in pretty paper . . . and decorate my house with pretty things . . . and buy us Christmas stockings . . . and new socks, ours have holes in them . . . when I buy new socks I might also buy a star for our tree. . . or some new string for our ornaments . . . oo and another present for Dalan . . . I could make some more Christmas treats for us too . . . look for more recipes . . . bake. bake. bake. . . play Christmas music . . . sing carols. Well, actually I am doing those last two things now. And if I don't stop acting like the Mouse with a Cookie and a Moose with a Muffin then I will never finish my studying until it's too late . . . and if I don't study until it's too late I will have to take these classes over . . . because the rest of the girls in my major are brilliant and they don't get B's or C's only A's, which does not include an A-, only A's with nothing to the right unless it's a big fat plus . . .which is actually not a plus for me at all. . . unless we are talking about my Phonetics class in which I do have an A+ . . .
